A few weeks ago, we launched this blog with a post by Anand Agarawala, the CEO and co-founder of BumpTop. In his post, Anand recapped some of the exciting things that have happened to BumpTop over the past few months. The biggest, of course, was that we launched our 1.0 version back in April. (Has it been that long already?) But there was one thing — a pretty BIG thing — that Anand neglected to mention.
What Anand didn’t mention is that a few weeks after our launch, he was named by Business Week as one of the Best Young Tech Entrepreneurs of 2009. He’s in some pretty lofty company — also on the list were the founders of some apps that we’re big fans of here at BumpTop: Tumblr, Cooliris, Drop.io, GitHub, and AirBnB. In the same issue of Business Week, BumpTop was also featured in an article about pushing the envelope of 3D.
From all of us at BumpTop, a big congrats to Anand and all the other founders who made the list.

Congrats on the nomination, but what’s with the crop job they gave to your photo, though? :)
Can’t state enough how important the entrepreneurial spirit is.
Curious if anyone has caught this book yet? “The Richest Man in Town” by W Randall Jones. I’ve read half of it so far and let me tell you it is well worth it. Would like to hear what everyone else thought of it?
